I'm Ananthu BL, an Infrastructure Engineer at a reputed real estate company in Dubai and instructor, based in Dubai, UAE.
6+ years working across Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, VMware, FortiGate and Veeam — the on-prem systems that keep enterprise networks running. That foundation comes first, deliberately: most UAE employers still run hybrid environments, and freshers who only know the cloud side struggle in interviews the moment a domain controller comes up.
Azure and Microsoft 365 sit alongside that as the cloud half of the job, not a replacement for it — AZ-104 and MS-102 certified, with SC-300 in progress.
Alongside the full-time infrastructure role, I teach — Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure Fundamentals and Hyper-V — at IT Master. Most students are IT freshers in the UAE trying to go from certificate to first job, which is exactly the gap this site and its Instagram page exist to close. No fluff, no hype — just the systems, tools and interview reality freshers actually run into on the job.
